The video covers the foundation knowledge required to make assessment decisions and reflection on individual and group biases and agency pressures. It can be viewed individually or by groups/teams.

• The Carer Assessment Report Review Checklist.

This checklist is explored in the training video and includes all relevant practice issues.

• A practice exercise.

This exercise provides an opportunity to embed your understanding of commonly occurring issues within carer assessment reports.

This course relates to ALL carer assessments (not only Step by Step).
