This session focuses on practice coaching, effective questioning, and deep listening. It introduces models and practical interventions to enhance participants' coaching fundamentals. It is a highly practical session and requires all participants to actively practice new skills with one another.
Learning outcomes
• Gain a deeper understanding of coaching, including the differences between mentoring, leader, facilitating etc.
• Develop skills, knowledge and confidence in the GROW models of coaching
• Apply strengths based coaching techniques through the GROW model
• Develop a deeper understanding of how to apply coaching to daily practice to motivate positive change
