Debbie has worked in the community sector for almost 30 years, holding a number of senior management positions in disability, mental health and aged care services in Australia and the UK. Since 2005 she has been working as a freelance management consultant with a wide range of not-for-profit, human, and health services, assisting with organisational development, training, facilitation and conflict management, and is an external quality reviewer for a number of sector quality frameworks and standards.

Debbie has over 20 years' experience developing and presenting training for a wide range of audiences, including community-based Boards, managers/supervisors, front-line staff, volunteers, and the wider community. Her training style is engaging and interactive. She trains on topics related to leadership, management, workplace communication, personal work skills, and conflict resolution.

Debbie has an MBA, a BA (Hons.) in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Mediation, a Diploma of Management, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
