Monica Lamelas is an experienced Trauma Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Coach, Trainer and Organizational Consultant with a passion for supporting those in helping roles reconnect with their balance, passion and meaning as they go about helping the most vulnerable in our communities.

She has worked extensively in non-profit organisations, in the fields of Youth Work; Trauma Counselling for children, adolescents and adults; Child Protection; Domestic/Family Violence; and with Migrants and Refugees. She has also spent nearly two decades in training roles with TAFE and CCWT, where she specialised in Training Needs Analysis, Training Facilitation of Nationally Recognised Units of Competency, and eLearning development.
