Tricia’s experience and work over the past 30 years has been multilayered with a focus on direct practice with children, young people and families, management and learning and development. Tricia has specialised in working with children and young people in areas of child sexual abuse, child protection and family violence.
 
Over the past 12 years Tricia has directed her passion to focus on development of practice across all levels of the communities and justice sectors. This work has involved supervision, facilitation of learning and development strategies for frontline staff and management. Tricia has a significant focus on capacity building, seeking to critically challenge and strengthen the work being done to ensure that the skills, approaches and outcomes align with the intentions and evidence that support best practice when working and working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
