Alison is an educator with Intellectual Disability Rights Service, with a focus on training court support and police station support volunteers working with the Criminal Justice Support Network. Alison is passionate about equality and social justice. She has broad experience in working with young people and adults with disability in a range of settings including young people in a juvenile detention center. Alison has developed and delivered training for staff working is disability services in Scotland and has qualifications in psychology and adult education.
