Melinda has extensive experience in the nexus between the disability, mental health and criminal justice systems. She was a pioneer in developing services and systems for people with an intellectual disability in, or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system in Ageing, Disability and Home Care and education for the staff who support them.

She currently works for Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network as Coordinator Cognitive Disability Services.

Melinda is an enthusiastic and experienced trainer who can draw on her work experience to provide up-to-date examples of client experiences and work practice.
