Jo co-authored the suite of StepbyStep16 Carer Assessment and Shared Lives Carer Training Tools, and has been delivering the training to NGOs and FACS across NSW.

She previously worked in NGO Foster Care management, residential care management, and in practice roles in a range of therapeutic adolescent services.

Jo is able to bring her direct work experience into training to ensure her courses are relevant and practical.
