Daniel has worked in the community services sector since 2000 working with Government and Non Government organisations to support people with disability. Through this time Daniel has provided direct support to people experiencing challenges who require intensive intervention to develop their independence and to be recognised by their community.

Since 2012 Daniel has been operating SRD Training and Support Services supporting organisations to develop and implement systems to improve the lives of people they are supporting. Services include positive behaviour support, leadership and management mentoring, specialised recruitment, case consultation, effective reporting, investigations and tailored training to enhance the skills and professionalism of support staff.

Daniel believes in empowering people through choice and has grown to identify positive ways of supporting and mentoring people that are goal orientated and person centred to improve the quality of life of individuals.
