Grace Leotta is a training, organisational and community development consultant. She develops and facilitates training programs, facilitates change management, organisational/service and practice development, planning, and community engagement processes, conducts reviews and evaluations, and provides management coaching/ supervision.
 

She has a background in senior management, community development, and family work, and has experience in teaching at a tertiary level in community management, community consultation, and social science.
 

Grace is an accredited social worker, a nationally accredited trainer and assessor, Harvard University trained adaptive leadership consultant, internationally certified facilitator, and Australasia licensed community engagement trainer, with postgraduate qualifications in management and adult education.
