Svea has been practicing and training practitioners in SF Brief Therapy since 1989. She actively follows the developments in the approach through attendance at international events, reading, and systematic reflection on recordings of her own work. She also draws on learnings gleaned from her work as a supervisor and trainer. Svea is a chapter head for The Association of Quality Development in SF Consulting and Training (SFCT). She is an adult learning specialist who seeks to offer activities and conversations which restore clarity, co-ordinate purposeful change, and support solution-building.
