Brigitte Lees is employed in the role of Regional Manager for the Community Restorative Centre Inc and has responsibility for the overall management of Ageing, Disability and Homecare’s Community Justice Program funded services.

Brigitte has been employed in a managerial role for CRC since they first received funding through ADHC and played a pivotal role in the establishment and development of services funded to provide Intensive support to clients with Intellectual Disability, who have contact with the Criminal Justice system.

Brigitte has 15 years of experience in the Community services sector and has been employed in various roles including extensive experience in youth work. This work has included positions both inside Juvenile Justice custodial centres and in the community. She has experience working with homeless people both in an NGO crisis accommodation service and as a Community Housing Officer.

Brigitte is an accredited trainer for NAPCANS Lovebites program. Her formal training includes Cert 1V in Alcohol and Other Drug Studies, Diploma in Management and extensive community based training in Behavioural support and risk assessment in community services. She has a particular interest in Human Resources, Capacity Building and staff development and supervision.
