Kelly Watson is the manager of the Criminal Justice Support Network at Intellectual Disability Rights service (IDRS). She has extensive experience assisting people with intellectual disability in their dealings with police, solicitors and courts.

Kelly also develops and delivers training to criminal justice agency workers including police, solicitors, court and juvenile justice staff.

Previous to working at IDRS Kelly worked for the Department of Justice in Court Services, including managing the Children’s Court registry at Campbelltown. She was also Program Manager at the restorative justice program, Forum Sentencing.

Kelly was also a Youth Justice Conference convenor and a forum facilitator for many years.
