Judi Apte – Professional and Clinical Supervision for Managers
Judi Apte has extensive experience in the professional development of managers and leaders in community organisations and conducts workshops in the areas of leadership and management, professional supervision, change management, and adult learning. Judi previously worked in community health and led a family support service. Judi specialises in the design of organisational development strategies and has also managed significant workforce development programs. Projects have included design and implementation of a transformative learning initiative, review of an agency’s supervision and support system, facilitation of planning forums, interagency professional development plans, state-wide mentor programs, and best practice conferences.
She also provides mentoring and executive coaching.
Judi has qualifications in social work and adult education and completed a Doctor of Education (UTS) by researching the expertise involved in the facilitation of transformative learning.
