Small Business: I applied my strategic analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills to develop, produce and deliver business support resources for the community pharmacy industry. Representational role: I represented the Guild in the Fair Work Commission and as required on committees and with government and industry bodies and associations. 2009: Led the development and variation of the Pharmacy Industry Award 2010 (PIA)
2009 to 2016: Developed and managed the National Student Business Plan Competition
2011 to 2015: Developed a range of resources for pharmacy leasing and pharmacy purchase 2012 to 2013: Led the Guild’s application to vary the PIA in the modern award 2 year review 2012 to 2015: Conceptualised and delivered the Pharmacy Business Network, a conference for developing the skills and knowledge required for successful pharmacy ownership
2013 to 2016: Led the Guild’s application to vary the PIA in the modern award 4 year review
