Natalie is passionate about community capacity building and throughout her career has implemented community capacity building processes that have empowered people.

She has worked as a youth worker, campaigner, served as a local government representative and has facilitated a variety of community capacity building initiatives, including the development of a thriving community garden.

She has developed a keen interest in how to build capacity to enhance all types of community work.
