Mirella is a facilitator, stakeholder engagement and change management specialist. She has more than 25 years' experience in working in and/or consulting with government, not for profit and the private sector on projects spanning various industries including education health, children’s services, disability and aged care.

Mirella has the ability to establish rapport across a wide range of stakeholder groups from diverse professional, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She is known for and is passionate about educating, involving and influencing people, and is extremely committed to being a trainer and facilitator for the DJP.

Mirella has tertiary qualifications in Applied Science, Marketing and Organisational Behaviour and Change Management, Mediation and Training. She is also a qualified Company Director and has been the Chair of a state wide not for profit organisation.

Outside of work Mirella takes time out challenging her creative talents, travelling in her camper trailer and spending time with family and friends.
