Corinna has worked with IDRS since 2007 as the Southern Regional Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Support Network. Prior to this role, she worked in group homes, providing personal care for people with intellectual disability.
Corinna has extensive experience providing justice support and advocacy for victims and defendants with cognitive disability, as they are going through the criminal justice system at both Local and District Court levels. She trains and manages a team of volunteer support people who attend police stations and courts with people with disability across various regions including: Illawarra, Goulburn, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and the Campbelltown area.
Corinna is experienced in working with and training lawyers, police, disability and mainstream service workers as well as prison staff.
She has a Diploma in Community Services, Bachelor of Social Science (Social Welfare), and is currently completing a Master of Social Work.
