Gillian Brannigan

Gillian Brannigan has over 25 years experience working in tertiary education, government and community service sectors with a focus on women and children’s issues as well as many years working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, especially with Stolen Generations and their families.
Gillian currently works across both ACWA’s Policy Team and CCWT as the Policy, Learning and Development Project Manager. This enables her to draw on insights and wisdom from a broad range of practitioners for inclusion in training. Gillian also maintains strong connections with Aboriginal people and communities around the country.
Gillian has a Bachelor of Arts and has undertaken further study in narrative therapy, domestic violence training, cultural community development, governance and social and emotional wellbeing and is working toward her international accreditation as a strengths coach with Gallup.
