Paul Bullen is a management consultant specialising in work for community- based, non-profit, welfare and church organisations and Government especially those providing human services. In recent years he has worked with these organisations on organisational review; planning and evaluation; facilitation; research, data collection and analysis; policy development; education and training; and the preparation of publications and web sites. Prior to his 15 years consultancy work he was Executive Director of the Home Care Service of NSW and Assistant Secretary of the Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace. His academic background includes social work, social science, philosophy and theology. He is a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
