Richard Elms is a social worker who works with individuals, couples and families.

He is a Director of Riverlands Therapy Services in Penrith NSW.

Richard has been working with children, adolescents and adults since 1980. He has extensive experience working with both survivors and perpetrators of abuse, along with anxiety, depression, phobias etc.

Richard has presented at national conferences on child protection and family therapy and has conducted training for a variety of organisations. He has published in the areas of working with violence and abuse, parenting, and therapy with young people, and provides clinical supervision and consultancy to teams and individuals.
