Paul Filipczyk has worked in the field of child protection for over 30 years. Paul initially worked as a youth worker, residential care worker, case manager and manager in youth refuges across Sydney. Paul later worked as a caseworker, casework specialist, manager casework and project officer for the Department of Communities and Justice before joining their training unit. For the last 15 years Paul has worked as an independent consultant in child protection focusing on staff training and supervision. Paul is a registered Psychologist and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
