Lisa Gardiner

Lisa Gardiner is a consultant in organisational development, management supervision and workplace trauma counselling.
Prior to her role as Portfolio Manager in SAL Consulting, she worked with ACWA to assist OOHC agencies with the transition to new funding arrangements. She has worked in the government and non-government sectors as a practitioner, trainer, manager and in policy development.
Lisa has an ongoing interest in the wellbeing and protection of vulnerable children nationally and internationally. She has particular expertise in the areas of loss and grief, mental health, sexual assault, trauma and out-of-home care. She has a strong commitment to strengthening organisational capacity using futures thinking processes and leadership development.
Lisa has a background in health, mediation, a Bachelor in Health Science and a Masters in Applied Science – Organisational Development, and is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
