Tony completed intensive training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy with BehaviourTech in 2009 and now runs Sydney DBT. The practice provides DBT skills groups, Family Connections groups, individual therapy, phone coaching and consultation groups. He also provides DBT training and supervision, and teaching DBT in several university postgraduate clinical programmes.

He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate training at the University of New South Wales. He has also undertaken advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Tony is an Associate Lecturer in the Schools of Psychology at The University of New South Wales, the University of Western Sydney, and the Australian Catholic University, where he teaches in the Masters of Clinical Psychology programmes. He is also Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychology at The University of New South Wales, Macquarie University and The University of Sydney, and regularly supervises intern and registered clinical psychologists.
