The Learning Module pathway is a fully online, self-directed pathway designed to be convenient and flexible for learners. CCWT uses a modularised approach to your learning, grouping similar units together.
This Diploma has a strong focus on building your leadership skills and abilities that can then be applied to your own workplace, teams and situations. It offers practical training to develop your initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. It will equip you with the skills needed to build and maintain a team of people who can meet your organisation's objectives, create a culture of trust and support, and deal with the unexpected crises and stresses that are part of working in the community sector. This includes topics such as:
- emotional intelligence
- writing operational plans and keeping your team on track to achieve your goals
- having difficult conversations with your team
- communicating with stakeholders in a persuasive way
- building an effective team and managing performance
- using critical thinking and continuous improvement strategies to improve client service
